One thing that you might try....
Add your port number at the end, like this:
http://144.137.122.250:88
That is only if you had to use a different port number than the 'default" port 80. |

I have a problem with this, I got my ip from there and it doesn't load up my site, has most of you can see mine is working fine, my site loads using a different Ip so it can't be that...
Load up your mysql server look under the Local IP Address and then put it with http:// and the ip that is there and it should work... |

If you use a router, please visit the guide at http://www.aprelium.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3806 to learn how to configure port forwarding. Once you have taken the appropriate measures to ensure Abyss isn't being blocked by anything, you can then give us your IP. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Yes, the GIF animations can kill...
I believe the reason you are seeing two different IPs is because your browser uses a proxy server to connect to the internet. Go to Tools>Internet Options>Connections>LAN Settings and check if a proxy is being used. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

PPPoE wouldn't send you through a proxy. I have PPPoE and I have no proxy server. The proxy is something you/spyware/company puts up there themselves, not a ADSL account. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

If your ISP uses a transparent proxy it would cause that effect with the IP checker - and yes, that would be a feature of your ADSL. The only surefire way to check your IP if you have a router is login to it and check what it reports. |
