I'm trying to execute .pl and .cgi files and I'm getting some errors. When I try to have a form submit data I get a 405 error. When I try to run a different script directly without submitting any variables to it I get a 500 error, but the script still executes.
The cgi.log contains the following in regards to the 500 error
CGI: [C:\Perl\bin\perl.exe makecert.pl ] URI: /makecert.pl Broken pipe
The 405 error is more puzzling. I have setup virtual paths for cgi and pl types. They are both set to be interpretted by my perl installation.
Any ideas for either of these issues? |

afrochops,
405 means that you are posting data to a file that has not been declared as executable in Abyss Web Server (executable files should be in Script Paths).
Can you please send to support@aprelium.com your abyss.conf, log/cgi.log, log/access.log, and makecert.pl files? Please compress them in a Zip or RAR package.
Do not forget also to add a reference to this forum message. _________________ Support Team
