The newer version seems to work ok for me so far with Abyss 1x 2.0.0.20.
I just upgraded to this Abyss version. My scripts are not too complex as of yet. But I'm working on that ;P
I did have a bit of trouble with configuring the newer version of php. The tutorials are great. But if you are using the binary version of php, *make sure you choose "php-cgi.exe" for the scripting interpreter*
Been using abyss since 2003, and it's been great! (especially for 'frugal' companies like the one I work for).

I did have some difficulty. A formmail script that was running for quite a while, decided to not work anymore after installing php5.
Using FormMail mod by donpro. Not quite sure I understand the directive, or why things changed, but register_long_arrays comes defaulted as 'off'. Sure makes configuring things a bit difficult if they are going to make things change all the time. |
