I installed Abyss, php, MySQL and phpMyAdmin on Windows XP pro. Abyss runs OK, MySQL runs OK, but when I navigate to phpMyAdmin in Explorer I get following error message :
can't load mysql-extension
control your PHP-configuration.
I reinstalled everything and I still get same message. I edited config.inc.php file according to instructions found in Abyss' help.
Can someone help me solve this problem?

In your php.ini file, is the "extension=php_mysql.dll" line uncommented (E.G. its not ";extension=php_mysql.dll" (no semicolon)).
Thats what the error is telling you.

Thank You MonkeyNation, I uncommented the extension and it functions now.
