Hey I recently downloaded the abyss web server software. I found the directory called CGI perameters, and someone told me I can use a CGI to make a guestbook. How do I do that ? basically how do I use a CGI ? . |

Well CGI itself stands for "Common Gateway Interface." What your friend probably meant is to make a guestbook using perl. Go to www.hotscripts.com to find a list of guestbook scripts.
PS: I'm guessing you don't work with computers much, do you? Your handle, "nevergiveup" seems too optimistic for an avid computer user. Usually, computers can make many people pessimistic and cynical (it did to me) due to their tendency to "not work" half the time. It makes it worse knowing that there is a 70% chance that any attempt to fix it will just greater the problem... _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Hehe. Well good luck trying to keep an optimistic outlook.
(Note: My handle is "inanimate" meaning "without life.") _________________ Bienvenidos! |
