I reckon this thread should be a sticky, as these are very handy links and it'll right at the top and easy to find! _________________ Anthony R

I'd make it a sticky however mod's seem to have had this power removed... :-s _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

Yes you can use a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor to create web pages. PHP and MySQL are only necessary if you will be using their features (dynamic content, database storage, etc). _________________ -Blake | New Server :D

Here's a WYSIWYG HTML editor:
Cutepage v2.0 - http://stephen.yi.org/cutepage.zip
It's free!
Doesn't seem to work in Windows 7. I run it in a WinXP virtual box. _________________ Stephen

I've built my daughter's choir website using a product called SiteSpinner. Very elegant software, very much like Powerpoint in your ability to move objects around a page. One section has videos and photos from European tours. Not hosted on Abyss, but only because that's someone else's previous decision from the past. About $50, I recall.

Hi there,
I think the best webdesign software is sitegrider, actually it's an add-on to photoshop cs. Search for it on google and you'll see how great it is to help you with the webdesign..

I never prefer free web design sites. They are not quality full and common everywhere. _________________ Norwich Web Design |
