Yeah sorry for not getting back, its my fault I should have mentioned its to parse php in templates html files which is something different. I'll keep trying different methods. |

As far as I can remember, I didn't need to install curl, try this :
Copy not replace libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll from your PHP5.2.2/ folder.
Into (Ex: C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 or C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM). |

No file permissions are required if hosted on a windows system.
