Hi
Upgrading from an old install, doesn't seem the permissions of the install folder were altered.
Is this normal? Need a fresh install in order to have the custom folder permissions applied?

I discovered that even trying to access Abyss console:
http://192.168.0.101:10000/certificates/acme/edit
and cancelling the prompt for credentials
gives me a 'standard' 401 error, ie:

When using url rewrite rules, if a rule is to give an error (eg 500) and a custom error page for 500 is defined, the standard error page is used instead of the custom one. |

While not strictly correlated to 2.14, I've found that if I configure an URL rewrite rule to "if this rule matches -> 404", the standard error pages are used instead of the custom ones. |
